     The interpretations of the relevant provisions of the Civil Code approved by the Supreme Court and the General Assembly included in this compilation shows the development level of the civil law during current historical periods and difficulties that have arisen in managing social relations, and how it has been regulated, and hence it is important giving us an opportunity to study and analyze the evolution of the legal mind-set of the civil law not only theoretically but providing a comparative practical aspect and to summarize it.

     We have been endeavor to include provisions related to civil rights in traditional Mongolian law, Civil Codes which have been in force since the adoption of the first Civil Law in 1926 and its amendments, the relevant provisions of Civil Code of Mongolia, conclusions and resolutions of the Constitutional Court (Tsets) that have resolved the Constitution breach disputes, and the Supreme Court and the General Assembly’s interpreting resolutions on the relevant provisions of the Civil Code of Mongolia.
