When Mongolia drafted it’s modern law on advocates, Mongolia compared the laws of the Republic of Korea, the People's Republic of China and Japan, Russian Federation, Czech Republic, Hungary and Federal Republic of Germany.

We hope that laws on Advocates of some Foreign States will contribute to each of yours study of the advocacy heritage.

       It has been four years since we started the initiative of translating professional law firms in the spherical countries and initiative the process to translate into our mother tongue in January 2013.

        In the first edition includes law on advocates of the Republic of Korea (approved in 1949, which was completely amended  in 1982 and 2000), law on Lawyer of the People’s Republic of China (approved in 1996), the Law on Advocacy activities and Advocacy organizations of the Russian Federation  (approved  in 2002) ,  law on Professional activities of Lawyer of the Hong Kong (approved in 1996) and Law on Advocacy of Japan (approved in 1949) are all translated from official sources and published for the public.
