These documents indicate why current Civil Code of 2002   was approved, and it is important to understand terms, some legal norms, and accessory contracts of the Civil Code of 1963 and the Civil Code 2002, in this sense, this book has significant implications to private law, especially in civil law studies.

         We have created this book for the purpose of disseminating private law research and cultural heritage. This source consists of the draft of the Civil Law, the introduction of the draft , the concept of change the previous Civil Code, report of the Commission of Justice  of the Parliament, report of the Political Party in the Parliament, draft of resolution of the Parliament, terms, dissenting and concurring opinions of  Parliament members during the drafting it, and other relating documents that are archived in the parliamentary archives.
