ISSUE OF STABILIZATION CERTIFICATE REQUIREMENTS AND TERMS IN MONGOLIA
The Stabilization Certificate will be assessed subject to the provision of the following information from the investing company:
- A copy of the business plan and the feasibility study;
- Evidence that the total investment amount and investment completion period meet the minimum requirements under the Investment law of Mongolia;
- Environmental impact assessment;
- Details of how the investment will contribute to creating new jobs;
- Details of how the investment will utilize advanced technology and techniques;
The Stabilization Certificate will be issued to the following sectors for the durations stated below:
1. Mining, Heavy industry, and Infrastructure:
