Extension of Land Possession Certificates
Extension of Land Possession Certificates shall be no more than 40 years for once.
Any citizen, enterprise and organization holding a certificate shall submit a request for extension of the term of the certificate to the governor of the relevant soum or district at least 30 days prior to its expiration, with the following documents attached under Article 37, Law on Land of Mongolia.
Citizen of Mongolia:
·a request,
· a copy of citizen’s identification card,
· the land possession certificate /original/,
· documents proving the land fees had been paid on timely basis,
· a photo /fence exit and entrance shows/
· a reference of the governor.
