PARLIAMENT ANNOUNCES DISCUSSION ON 39 DRAFT LAWS AND RESOLUTIONS IN DECEMBER
In accordance with the Law on Rules of Procedure of the State Great Ikh Khural (Parliament) of Mongolia and the Parliament Resolution No.75 of 2021, the Speaker of the Mongolian parliament issued an ordinance regarding the order of the issues to be discussed in Autumn Session of Parliament.
As stated in the Law on Rules of Procedure of the State Great Ikh Khural, the Speaker of Parliament approves draft laws and resolutions to be discussed by Parliament monthly, and the Standing Committees shall approve the agenda.
Following laws are to be discussed in December:
1. Draft law on Amendment to Environmental Protection Law;
2. Draft law on Currency Regulation;
3. Draft law on Amendment to Currency Regulation Law and Amendment on the Central Bank Law (Mongolbank);
4. Draft law on Virtual Asset Service Provider;
5. Draft law on Amendment to Customs Tariff and Tax Law;
6. Draft law on Genetic Resources;
7. Draft law on Amendment to the Prevention of Crime and Disorder;
8. Draft law on Maritime;
9. Draft law on Amendment to General Administrative Law;
10. Draft law on Permission;
11. Draft law on Permission List;
12. Draft law on Cyber Security.
