A BRIEF REVIEW OF THE REQUIREMENTS FOR SUBMITTING A WORK PLAN AND REPORT ON EXPLORATION
A special license holder must request to the relevant unit of the Ministry of Minerals and Oil for access to the e-report electronic program. According to the request, the login name and password will be given to the e-mail address registered in the Department of Minerals and Oil's computerized Mining Cadastre system. The license holder must submit the exploration work plan and report to the Ministry of Minerals and Petroleum using the User name and password at http://inforep.mrpam.gov.mn/. For each license section, geological exploration work plans and reports must be presented in Mongolian, along with all essential information, table formats, and related photos.
You must use the e-report electronic program, become well acquainted with the instructions and recommendations for preparing the plan and report, and submit the report in complete and error-free writing according to the form. Attached photos and documents should be in clear and cohesive JPG and PDF format, matching standard specifications and relevant papers. Because the plans, reports, and news cannot be changed. If any revisions or clarifications are needed, an official request will be submitted to the MRPAM. In the event that some primary material papers are required for evaluation, you should be brought in their original form without delay. It can be done on paper or digitally on a CD.
