Concerning the Procedure for Enforcement of the Law on Economic Transparency Development
The State Great Khural passed the Law on Economic Transparency Development on 7 August 2015.
With purpose of voluntary disclosure of reporting, registering and recording the concealed assets, income and activities by any individual or legal entity, the Regulation on Implementation of the Law on Economic Transparency Development was adopted under Resolution No.348 of the Government.
