DELEGATES FROM MONGOLIA ATTENDED INTERNATIONAL BAR ASSOCIATION ANNUAL CONFERENCE IN SYDNEY
16 lawyers and the Presidents of Mongolian Bar Association and Association of Mongolian Advocates attended International Bar Association Annual Conference, held in Sydney 09-13 October, 2017.
Through the conference over 7,000 lawyers from all over the world have united to discuss more than 200 sessions held by 60 committees of IBA to improve professional skill and knowledge and to broaden their network with legal professionals around the world.
The International Bar Association, established in 1947, is the world's biggest organisation of international legal practitioners, bar associations and law societies. It has a membership of more than 80,000 individual lawyers and more than 190 bar associations and law societies spanning over 160 countries.
The principal aims and objectives of the IBA are to promote an exchange of information between legal associations worldwide, to support the independence of the judiciary and the right of lawyers to practise their profession without interference, to support of human rights for lawyers worldwide through its Human Rights Institute.
Next year’s IBA conference will be held in Rome, Italy through 07th-14th October, 2018.
