Draft law on excuse submitted
Tsog.L, Oyunbaatar.Ts, Bayanselenge.Z, Ganbat.D, and Bat-Erdene.B, members of the State Great Khural, submitted the Draft Law on Excuse to Gonchigdorj.R, Vice-Chairman of the State Great Khural, on October 10, 2013. The Draft law is stated that people who sentenced by imprisonment for the first time committing minor, less serious and serious crimes, women with children under the age of 18, pregnant women, disabled persons who lost 70% and more than percent of their occupational abilities, minor persons committed crimes, men over the age of 60, women over the age of 55, men with children with no parent aged up to 18 who are under the direct cares, persons sentenced by imprisonments for the first time negligently committing crimes, and persons sentenced by imprisonments for the first time committing less serious crimes shall be excused from the punishments not served as remained and supplementary punishments. The Draft law stated that people who committed some kinds of crimes shall not be excused and such article shall not be served for the minor people.
