The general procedure for conducting trade and services in the territory of the capital city approved by the annex to the No.34 th resolution of the Capital City Citizens Representatives Khural dated as May 30, 2022. This procedure regulates that the rights, duties and responsibilities of trade and service providers in the territory of the capital city and to determine, register and implement trade and service types and categories and requirements for them and to coordinate and monitor the activities of local administrative authority. Citizens and legal entities who have applied or are engaged in conducting trade and services in the territory of the capital city shall comply with the Constitution of Mongolia, relevant laws, rules, regulations, instructions, standards and this procedure. This procedure shall apply to citizens and legal entities with foreign investment. According to the procedure, 19 trade activities, includes food production, service, household, hospitality service, recreate service, fitness, auto service, automotive, spare parts, lubricants and paints, batteries, tires and other trade materials, culture and arts (sound, music, dance, film, drama, fashion, presenter, actor, stage speech, public speaking, painting, photography, various embroidery, makeup, make-up). In addition, the requirements for conducting trade and services, the rights, duties and responsibilities of trade and service providers are clearly defined and regulated by this procedure. Therefore, citizens and legal entities wishing to engage in trade and services shall operate on the basis of accessing and registering the “Service Registration” menu of the “Online Business Center” of the capital city unified news and information and public service portal ulaanbaatar.mn.
