The Government of Mongolia, in accordance with Article 9.2.4 of the Law on the Legal Status of Foreign Citizens and Article 1.3 of the “Revival Policy” approved by the first appendix of Parliament Resolution No. 106 of 2021, citizens of the Republic of Korea would be exempt from Mongolian visa requirements for up to 90 days until December 31, 2024. The government of Mongolia resolution no. 178 of May 4, 2022 approved this decision. This resolution shall come into force on June 1, 2022.
