The Stabilization Certificate will be assessed subject to the provision of the following information from the investing company: – A copy of the business plan and the feasibility study; – Evidence that the total investment amount and investment completion period meet the minimum requirements under the Investment law of Mongolia; – Environmental impact assessment; – Details of how the investment will contribute to creating new jobs; – Details of how the investment will utilize advanced technology and techniques; The Stabilization Certificate will be issued to the following sectors for the durations stated below: 1.
