“The Study of Advocacy” When the first volume was first released to the public, it set out to define the long-term vision and strategic objectives of advocacy, and furthermore to support the research and scholarly endeavours of the next generation of researchers and aspiring advocates, With the aim of making it suitable for use in presentations and reports, they began the project by compiling for the first time the works of two hundred authors. We are now pleased to present to you the second volume, which compiles the most engaging articles and research on reform in the legal profession.

In compiling this second volume, we have included comparative studies on reform issues, terminology, presentations, the Law on the Legal Status of Lawyers and comparative research, covering the legal environment of the advocate, ideas for its reform, 33 articles and papers by 30 authors have been included in pursuit of this endeavour. The distinctive feature of this work, now being published as the second volume of Advocacy Studies, is that, under a single theme of reforming the lawyer’s legal environment, multiple authors present their own research and conclusions.
