The Compendium of Research on Mongolian Private Law comprises works by Mongolian state and social figures, legal scholars of successive generations, the intellectual works of researchers and lawyers, and we are delighted to place this valuable historical work from that era into your hands for the purpose of reintroducing it into scholarly circulation.

The compendium of research on Mongolian private law does not include the theoretical and methodological concepts set out in the relevant books and textbooks, and instead considers the articles and publications appearing in periodicals printed in Mongolia.

As sources, the “Summary Record of the Criminal Code and the State of the Judicial Bodies of the Mongolian People’s Republic” and “Questions of State Power” were used. The issue of the following journals was utilised: “Arдын төр”, “Социалист хууль ёс”, “Философи эрхийн асуудал”, and “Хууль ёс”, encompassing a total of 219 works by 112 authors.
