On 26 December 2002, the Great State Khural of Mongolia first enacted the Law on Administrative Proceedings, Amendments were made in 2003, 2005, 2007, 2009, 2010 and 2011. We have compiled the amendments made to the Law on Administrative Litigation on 29 October 2010 and are publishing them for your convenience.
