In our country, the trend towards conducting business activities in the form of a company is steadily growing. The Law on Business Entities of Mongolia was first enacted in 1991, and it established the legal status of sole traders, cooperatives and companies.

In compiling the company laws, the original text published in the “Töriin Medeelel” bulletin was used as the basis. We believe this compilation will serve as a scientific and working source, a handbook for teachers and students, and a practical reference for practitioners.
