The interpretations of the relevant provisions of the Civil Code issued by the State Supreme Court and the All-Union Congress included in this collection reflect the level of development of civil law at that historical period, the difficulties and obstacles encountered in regulating social relations, and how they were overcome, regulating it, and one can also see how the evolution of civil-law thought was studied and synthesised both theoretically and in practice, which is of significant importance.
the provisions relating to civil rights in the Mongolian traditional legal code, the Civil Codes in force since the enactment of the first Civil Code in 1926, and the amendments made to them, as well as the conclusions of the Constitutional Court which adjudicated the dispute over whether the relevant provisions of the Civil Code of Mongolia contravened the Constitution, resolutions, as well as the decisions of the State Supreme Court and the General Assembly interpreting the relevant provisions of the Civil Code, were fully included.
